Roberto D'Antona nasce a Taranto. Fratello di Eros e Alex D'Antona. Sin da piccolo è un grande appassionato del mondo del cinema e dei videogames. Grazie a questa sua passione, ha deciso di creare dei piccoli cortometraggi amatoriali per conto suo, dando vita alla Grage Pictures, e a una seconda casa di produzione chiamata 4DM Cinema. Il suo genere di film preferito è horror. Ama molto recitare per questo svolge recite teatrali presso una compagnia locale. Pratica Muay Thai, ascolta musica pop e idola Jet Li e Naruto.
